Dr. May graduated from Baghdad University, Iraq in 1992 and completed her Masters in Pediatric Dentistry also from Baghdad University, in 2003.
Dr. May has gained experience as member of faculty at the College of Dentistry at Baghdad University and also at various hospitals and clinics in Iraq and Dubai.
Dr. May personifies a dental professional not boxed by her clinical limitations. She has a wide range of experience in Restorative Dentistry; while she restricts her practice to Paedodontics and manages a wide range of dental conditions and requirements including pulp therapy, stainless steel crowns, conservative and operative treatment, topical fluoride application, nursing bottle tooth decay treatments, space maintainer and various other dental corrections.
She is renowned for her expertise in providing dental treatment for children of all ages, including children with special needs and uncooperative children with the use of local anesthetics and conscious sedation techniques using nitrous oxide. She also maintains an active participation in educating the youth of Preventive Dentistry and its importance in total dental health.
She is fluent in Arabic and English.
